❊Hourly Postpartum Doula Care

3 hour in-person visits up to 2 or 3 times a week for up to 3 months of care. Up to 36 visits total.

Becoming a parent is a beautiful heart opening and humbling experience but it can also be filled with stress, challenges, and feelings of isolation. Commonly known as the “4th trimester”, the first days and weeks after baby is delivered is a crucial time for your body to rest, recover & replenish! Postpartum services can begin the day you give birth or months after the birth has occurred. By affirming and normalizing the full range of emotions that comes with becoming a parent, a postpartum doula can help make the tender transition with a newborn smoother while holding a gentle container for families to adjust in finding their own unique dynamic rhythm.

❊ Postpartum Planning Support

One time in-depth 2 hour meeting done during your prenatal period. Available in-person or virtually.

The postpartum period often gets overlooked when planning for the pregnancy, labor, and birth. After spending hours during labor and delivery, a lot of families are tired and sleep deprived by the time they bring the new born home. Ease this transition during this delicate time by preparing for the postpartum period prenatally. We will work together to establish a foundational postpartum care plan to ensure the transition into parenthood is bit more manageable knowing there is support lined up and a blueprint in place.

❊ Abortion & Pregnancy Loss Support Package

As we celebrate life it is also just as important to honor a pregnancy in whatever outcome. I want to acknowledge that not every pregnancy results in a birth of a baby and not every person going through postpartum has given birth. Through non-judgmental, gentle, and consent-based care, we work together to holistically nourish the root, heart, body, and mind to help make this transition feel supported.
